From the tender age of 15, life presented me with significant challenges, including battling depression.
Reflecting on my younger years through the lens of my poetry and journals, it's evident that my
struggles were deeply ingrained long before I sought help at 40. Yet, these experiences have shaped the resilient, empathetic person I am today.

I've navigated the complexities of life, including a 17-year marriage and a subsequent messy divorce.
My two grown children, a son and a daughter, are the centers of my universe. Alongside them, my princess dog Chloe and a circle of incredible friends enrich my life immeasurably.
